1. Where are you from/where do you live?
I come from Germany and was raised in Hannover (lower saxony). I lived in Spain for the past 3 years, in Barcelona and now in Ibiza.
2. How old are you?
I am 21 years old my birthday is 12th of November, I am a little Scorpio.
3. Are you vegan?
I was vegan for three months in the past year. In the beginning of this year I started to incorporate fish and eggs back into my diet and a little bit of dairy, so I am no longer a Vegan. There were many reasons why being vegan did not work for me and why I decided to incorporate more food groups back into my diet. If this is something that interests you I will go deeper into this in another blogpost.
4. Do you wear hair extensions?
Yes, since 2 months I am wearing tape-in extensions, before that I mostly wore clip-in extensions or just left my natural hair as it is.
5. Do you wear eye lash extensions?
Nope, I am blessed with very long and dark eye lashes. I have never even tried fake lashes.
6. How often do you do Cardio?
I do not do any cardio. I am naturally thin and my fitness goals are to gain muscle therefore cardio is counterproductive for me. The only cardio I do is when I go to a group fitness class to add some variation to my training. This would be 1 hour, 1 time in a week.
7. What do you typically eat in a day?
Well I eat Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and about 2 snacks in between every day. I make sure to incorporate all macronutrients in every meal (carbs, fats and protein). I usually have fruits, protein smoothies, nuts and seeds, and some chocolate as snacks. I will go deeper into what exactly I eat in another blog post.
8. How often do you train?
I do weightlifting 3 times per week, the other days are always different depending on how much time I have. Usually I will do 1-2 days of low weight resistance training and Yoga. Check out my lasts post of my current workout routine for more details.
9. How many calories do you eat per day?
I do not count my calories. I do try to eat as much and as many calories as possible as my goal is to gain muscle and of course I try my best that these calories mainly come from the good sources.
10. What do you eat before and after training?
This depends at what time I train. Usually I train after Breakfast, so then I would have a big smoothie bowl for breakfast and after workout a snack. This snack would be another smoothie, oatmeal with protein and fruits, or eggs with avocado and bread.
11. What supplements do you take?
I use the Vegan protein from Protein World. I also add a lot of superfoods to my breakfast smoothie bowl, however I wouldn’t necessarily consider them as supplements. I do not take any other fitness related supplements as I find that eating healthy, whole foods and giving your body time away from the gym is the best way to recover.
12. Do you sell nutrition and fitness plans?
Not yet guys! I am working on a nutrition plan as we speak and if there is interest for a fitness plan I would consider writing that for you as well!
